All of our games are automatically private until further notice.  Your group will be the only guests in the room.

No. The doors are always unlocked and should you need to leave for any reason, you are able to do so at anytime. 

It is VERY important you arrive at least 15 minutes early. 

The games are on strict schedules (think movie times) and cannot be disrupted once the game begins.

We want you and everyone in your party to have the best experience possible. So, please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have ample time to check-in, get briefed on your adventure, visit the restrooms, etc… There may be exceptions when you will be allowed to enter the game after it begins. However, the time clock will not be restarted and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

We understand plans change.  You are able to cancel your game up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund.  If you must cancel within 48 hours a credit will be issued to your account that you may use at a later date.  If you would like assistance with rescheduling please call (904) 853-6192.

All ages are welcome and will have a blast at Mind Bender! Most of our games are created with ages 12 and up in mind. However, to be honest, kids tend to think “outside the box” more than the adults do.  So, even younger guests will have a great time.

Our current rooms require that players 15 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult. We do make exceptions under certain circumstances. Please contact us for more information at (904) 853-6192.

Yes, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and time. 

Spots tend to fill up the closer it gets to the weekend. If you need to reserve spots for your friends please check our new “split payment” feature at checkout.  BOOK HERE
